I mentioned the Polar Bear Freeze to Cyndi and Alpha and Cyndi said she would do it with me. I didn't really mean to run in it, but since she said she would, I guess I will.
I ran (walked) Monday night 3.5 miles and Wednesday for 2.25 miles. I doubt that I get there tonight. I can't seem to make myself get out after class, plus I only have 1 hour after class to get to the Y and work out before they close. I'm just working on getting distance in right now (I know I'm not doing very well) then I will work on getting the time lower.
