Hey Cheryl, the hardest part is getting started. I may have to take that back, it's staying started until it becomes a habit. At least you have the motivation of riding bikes with Reese (until she's a teenager and doesn't want mom around) to help motivate. It's rainy here today and Heather is running on her treadmill, which means I have to motivate myself today. I like having the actual hard copy training schedules otherwise I'd be making today an off day. But that is supposed to be tomorrow, so I will either go out in the rain or more than likely use my treadmill.
I just found out that we have a grand opening of our first Fleet Feet in Birmingham tomorrow. What timing. Heather and I are going to go check it out. Maybe I'll win a free pair of shoes!
