I didn't leave work until 5:45 and I had school at 7:30 and I still managed to run a mile. I did it in 12-13 minutes which is good for me. I was by myself and Community Park doesn't have lights so it hurried me along.
Yesterday I only did 1.25 miles. EVERYONE SIT DOWN!!! John went with me. He is going to try going out with me. He didn't go tonight because it was sprinkling. We will see if he goes tomorrow. He told me not to buy tennis shoes or shorts until he gets past walking and ready to run. He attempted to run and couldn't do it. I think that bothers him so I am pretty sure I can get him out again.
I've never blogged before. This will be better than emails.
