I just did my 3 miles today. I didn't do anything on Friday which was supposed to be cross training. I know I should have stuck to the run 1 walk 2 10 times schedule but I kept coming up with excuses...spending an hour and a half trying to find Fleet Feet when I should have been working didn't help me any. Then while Heather was running yesterday we took the kids to Krispy Kreme (Will's choice). So decided to change the Sunday day off to Saturday. Two days off then trying to do extra made it harder I think. I still walked more than I ran and it took me 44.06 min. but I made it. Is everyone else still full of chili?
does the louisville races fill up...do we need to try to register early? that's really making us commited isn't it?
