Shutterfly is a general Internet site, it is not a page associated with the wedding photographer.
FYI - I downloaded desired pictures directly to my PC. Had to sign-up on Shutterfly to do so. A day or two later, I got an email with an offer for "x" free prints. I have not pursued.
