I'm Back!

Okay - I've been "gone" too long, and now there's too much to say.  memory books and video are done - a few snafus had me doing some minor fixes a few days after graduation, but they all had their books for the big day and got them signed with all that "BFF", "Oh, I'll miss you" , "gotta keep in touch" stuff! It is kind of sad, Conner's class is headed off to about 6 different high schools, I didn't have to deal with that - back in my day (yeah, I sound old) it was just public or Providence. 

If you all haven't received your evite for our Independence Day bash (on July 3) you should have - if not, let me know (there were problems with evite right after I sent them!) I haven't discussed with Todd yet - but will plan to come down for Reese's party, and if it's not "stealing her thunder" I'd like to try to have  a little cake (well, maybe brownies or pie - he doesn't like cake) for Conner's graduation? Cheryl, let me know if that's okay with you and when you work out your details I'll arrange something that won't interfere and if folks can come great, if not I understand - might be way too much "celebrating" for us Days!  I'd love for any of you who can make it up for the 3rd to come - but only if you promise not to run marathons first and be total  lame-o's! Just kidding, you know we'll take ya any way we can get ya! 

I've finally recovered from the "big project" and am enjoying the summer with the boys, lots of hanging out at the pool, and tons of baseball.  Cam is heavy into all-star season and Wyatt made his age's all-star this year also, they haven't starated practicing yet, but will play 2 tournaments and should be fun. Cam's really been hitting the ball well lately, and gives  his usual, solid  performance at second base - I love seeing them in "pickles" or "run downs", whatever you call 'em! He actually has a tournament July 2 - 5, so he might not make it to NA , and might be playing during part of our party! Oh well, tis the season.  conner's hitting tennis really heavy again - seems to really be enjoying it.  I gotta go meet Todd for his father's day dinner - he and Cam are on way back from a double header.
