We picked up Reese's wooden play set on Sunday and hope to start working on it this Saturday. There are 5 boxes along with a 10 foot slide. Looks like it may take some time. If anyone has some spare time and wants to make their neice very happy please let me know.
We have decided to celebrate the "New Legal Day" on July 5th. Sorry about the holiday weekend but with everything else going on we really didn't have much choice. Jeff said that day would be better for him as well so that settled it. I will let you know more when the date gets closer.
Reese is back in swimming lessons this week. She will be going four days/week for two weeks. I don't think she will take classes again until school starts back. There are seven classes going on at the same time in the pool and she is way to nosey. I think she will get more out of the classes with only one or two classes going on at the same time. She can get around the pool on her own now so she is doing much better than last year.
The work was started on the front of the house yesterday but rain today has stopped the progress. Hopefully it will start back up tomorrow. The deck still isn't completed also due to rain. I was told maybe Wed. or Thurs. We will see. Now if we could get get instant grass all would be well. Maybe we can put the playset where there is no grass and that way we wouldn't have to worry about it.

July 5th sounds like a good time to us too. Also, if anyone can make it Saturday to work on the playgym, we will be glad to come. Don't know what we will be able to do, but glad to help out. Don't know if everyone checks the blogs often, so you might need to call. If I talk to anyone before than, I'll mention it to them. Luv to all
If anyone comes over I will be glad to have lunch for them. Depending on the weather the men may be here staining the deck at the same time. Trim on the windows is being painted now. The mantels which were ordered for above the windows and doors were incorrect so they had to be reordered. It may be ten days before they come in so that has slowed everything down. It should look very nice once it's all complete. Then will come the landscaping. Should be lots of fun.
I'd come and help if I could. I'll work on the July 5th date. Not sure if Tom will make it. He's messed up his back and has spent two days off work and in physical therapy. He went back to work today and goes in for hopefully a final physical therapy tomorrow. I'm not sure if he's off or if he can really sit in a car for 5-6 hours. I hope all goes well. I know Reese will love the playset.
Sorry to hear about Tom's back. I have had problems with mine since I fell on the bath tub when I was in my teens. Once you hurt it you always have flare ups. I hate riding in the car for any length of time as well so I know how he feels.
Jeff said he would like t come down your way before the summer is over so maybe we can set a date when you all arent' busy. Love you all.

We plan to be there. We just found out that we have to teach children's church that Sunday and are having a hard time finding someone to switch with us. So, if nothing else, we will just have to leave Sat afternoon. :)
Oh - and we would LOVE if you came this way! Not speaking for mom, but I don't think we have anything really planned this summer except making the trip up there. And a few birthday parties here and there. :)
