I'm pumped and ready to go. I guess I use the Nordic track instead of going to the Y. I just don't like to drive if I don't have to in this stuff. I know, there isn't much out there, but it's enough for me. Heather looked great before hand, and didn't even look like she broke a sweat afterwards.

Thank you for posting the pics! I have only seen a couple from mom. Boy, does Rob have the grip on Will in the last one!
And yes, I sweated - it was just cool enough to not sweat much :) I much prefer running in cold/cool weather!
