I did the FrostBite 5k with Mike and a couple people from yesterday. Except for parts of the 3 hills I ran it all. I did it in 39:20 according to the person calling out time, but there weren't any chips so it was a little less, not much, not that many people were there. I'm happy with myself though.

Terri, you have to do 10k (6.2 miles) with us. I think that is one the Birmingham folks are coming up to in addition to the mini.
Has anyone figured out why some of the names and posting are orange and sometimes they are blue?

when is the race you mentioned- 10k still sounds like too much for me, but maybe that's what I need to push myself.
I wondered about the colors on the posts too - curious to figure it out.

Thanks for thinking of us. Dinner went well. Reese didn't know them, she just referred to them as her friends. We went back to their hotel with them for a couple hours. I know they all love her very much but still don't trust them. They will be back in town on Friday and I'm suppose to meet them for breakfast. The will be flying to St. Louis.
We would feel much better if we knew what game they were playing. At times they say or ask something and red flags just go up. We will feel much better about them once everything is final.
