GO DAYS!
Are we ready! I ran Sunday and walked on Monday and that's been it. Hopefully I'll do okay tomorrow. I'd love to do around 36. I ate pasta at lunch and crackers for supper.
spent the night, 6 - 10, in the emergency room with John. That was a mistake, should have went to Urgent Care. His "sternum" was hurting again. they did an ekg and xray so decided it was an inflamed sternum again and gave him some steroids.

they got results out there fast. by 10 am your time. I found Jackie, Mike, Charly, Barbie, Sherry and Earl. (I knew how to search for you Chris). Good going guys!!! I hope I can keep up in two weeks. Sherry, you need to get after David, he told me he might do a race with us. I would love to see more of the grandkids doing it. At least we have Heather and Charly.Maybe we can talk Rob into doing it to. Someone would be able to watch the kids for him.
I think I'll go run now...I wish I had been there.
Sorry to hear John is having problems, do they know what is causing his sternum to become inflamed. Keep up the good runs.
