okay...send prayers this way
Been an interesting couple of days. Lexie and Jake have gone missing. We really could use prayers from all over that they make their way home. We just got a little bit of good news...they were seen last night after work at the gas station at the corner of Morgan Rd and Shades Crest. That is exactly half way between our house and Heathers. The last we had heard before that was noon across South Shades Crest at the apartments by Heather and Robs. I know you can't come help search...but prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Then just got a call from Tom's sister. Sounds like Tom's dad is going in for a brain scan tomorrow to look for a brain tumor. He's been having headaches and I'm not sure of all the other symptoms but they haven't been able to find anything. Been going on for quite a while now. So hoping and praying everything turns out okay and they find something simple.

Happy 25th to Mom and Paul!!!
WOW! I just did the math! Twenty-five years ago we were all so happy that you guys had found each other. Paul, we thought you would be good for Mom (it looks like we were right) and Mom, I've always thought you to be good for everyone. (How can you not love her?) It's a blessing to have someone you love to share your life! Alan keeps throwing in wisecracks, but I'm leaving those out! We wish you many more years of wedded bliss!

Ob La Di, Ob La Da. Life Goes On.
Nothing new with me. School on Monday and Wednesday night. Managerial Accounting. Pretty simple but I do have to do the homework.
My Flamenco classes are done. It was just a 4 week class. I love Groupon's. I got a group of 8 from work to sign-up and it ended up just being me and Delonda the last two classes. But we enjoyed it. I would like to do it again. It is a nice workout and it may teach me some rhythm. I can't move the feet and the hands at the same time.
Rosie's son Jim got out of the hospital yesterday. Don't know if I told anyone that they removed 3 of the tumors, but the 4th one was attached to the pelvic bone and they said it was more risky to remove it because it was in a good place for radiation. Next step is to get the immune system back up so he can start the chemo and radiation. Right now he is just enjoying being home with Jen and Jackson.
Nothing new with John and Anna. At least not that they've told me.

ABOUT ME
Just wanted to let everyone know that I finally am able to quite going to hosp. for tests as of Wednesday. Third time charmed as they say. Doctor drained the cyst and said everything was o.k. Thursday I got the upper teeth that had come out on the right side while eating dumplings at Beths at lunch about 3 weeks ago finally replaced. Had to go back this morning an have them try to shave off some as it was hitting bone and I couldn't stand it. I can't talk to good yet, and feel like I have a mouth full of hard plastic as this thing goes completely around the back of my top teeth as there was nothing to support the new ones. My tongue doesn't know where its suppose to to. Therefore the problem with talking. Some of you will probably be glad of that. But just wait, I'll get use to it.

New Beginning
Well if some of you didn't know finally got my departure date, December 31st. I guess I'll start the New year with a new beginning. School's not to bad yet. Have a 4.0 but I only completed the summer term so far. Did have a short week class I had to take don't have that grade yet. Math isn't to bad, actually getting it. My Word 2007 MidTerm gave me some problems, so I have to do a lot better on the final. My spring classes start back up in January with Medical Terminology and Administrative I and II, the Terminology class is on-line the other two or back to back on Monday and Wednesday,
May have something lined up job wise, but won't know until a little later. Once everything is final I will let you know. Something will work out, I want to complete school no matter what and get my Certificate, I should be able to finish by either fall 2011 or the spring of 2012,

Trick or Treat
Thought I'd get a picture out there. So anyone else dress up? Trick or Treaters was really down this year. I had about 5 groups on Saturday night and a few more on Sunday. Lots of candy left over. Nothing like when we first moved here. But then there are few people on my street any more that even turn their lights on. Haley being the Corpse Bride and Will a skeleton.
Both kids are wrapping up soccer. Haley was asked to play for the Junior Phantoms (which just gives her more practices and a tournament to play in) so she still has more to do. Will is going to be trying his hand at basketball. I don't have any details on it yet. I love going to their soccer games, so I'm glad I will have basketball now to go to. I hope to see you all soon. Happy Holidays....less than 8 weeks to Christmas!
