We have a good response for people wanting to be awesome. A couple are speaking the words but the mind hasn't quite convinced the body yet. I won't name names yet because I'm sure Eryn and Cheryl (oops) are totally excited about this. Terri let me know if Deedy wants to join in on the fun and I will add her to the blog. Sherry, let me know about Trish. I think Debbie may have been asking a friend also.
Anna went grocery shopping and bought enough fruits and vegetables for a month even though they will only stay fresh for a week. Remember just because you are eating healthier food doesn't mean it's unlimited. That said from the person who had a salad for lunch (lettuce, chicken and tomatoes) had the croutons held then used Ranch dressing. I'm not ready for vinaigrette yet. And I ate 4 packs of club crackers (the little ones).
Here is a link to a website Better Eats that is also a TV show on ABC on weekend mornings. They take a recipe or even a boxed meal and two chefs have a contest to make it healthier. The family that sent in the request make the two recipes and score them and nutritionist also score them for a winner. I like getting the ideas on how to make a normal meal healthier.
I have changed the New Albany meeting to Saturday at 11:00 New Albany time. This meeting will be at my place. We can change the location around. This is before we go to our weekly pig out Saturday lunch but after Sherry's massage :) If anyone can think of a way we can get a Skype or LiveMeeting set up with multiple participants let me know. I thought we might be able to set up multiple laptops an Skype individually. This may allow you to hear everyone just not see the other people on the other end, unless we can arrange the laptop camera's in a direction.
I'll work on a spreadsheet for Chip and will share when I get it done so you can keep your individual progress. I may even get energetic an make an Access database :) We'll see. I'm not too good at Access but my class next semester is going to be all about it.
