...to an awesome us. Hope some of the others I haven't heard from are doing better. My goal at weight watchers last week was to do the treadmill or stairs at work at least three times...I did the stairs (3 flights) once. Changed my goal this week to track at least once a day. Hoping that makes me more aware of what I am eating. Our leader keeps reminding us that Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. That is so true. When I get meals prepared ahead of time and know what I'm eating it helps me to stay on track.
This week I need to get the upstairs cleaned before Melissa and Ellis come for a visit on Thursday. Lucky for me they haven't found new doctors yet so they will have to visit until they do. I plan on trying to set up the front bedroom to do some yoga dvd's I've gotten. Everything I've read say yoga and palates will help with my hip/leg/si issues. Really hope I accomplish one goal this week.
I'm really in need of a mani/pedi so I need to get on the ball.
