Trick or Treat

Thought I'd get a picture out there. So anyone else dress up? Trick or Treaters was really down this year. I had about 5 groups on Saturday night and a few more on Sunday. Lots of candy left over. Nothing like when we first moved here. But then there are few people on my street any more that even turn their lights on. Haley being the Corpse Bride and Will a skeleton.

Both kids are wrapping up soccer. Haley was asked to play for the Junior Phantoms (which just gives her more practices and a tournament to play in) so she still has more to do. Will is going to be trying his hand at basketball. I don't have any details on it yet. I love going to their soccer games, so I'm glad I will have basketball now to go to. I hope to see you all soon. Happy Holidays....less than 8 weeks to Christmas!

So nothing new really going on in Columbus so figured I'd post some pics of Macy. She's gotten a lot bigger since we got her. The picture of her sitting next to the computer was when we first got her. She's grown a lot since then.

Home Run for the Innocents

I have signed up for the 5k walk this Saturday. I haven't heard from anyone so I assume no one else wants to help the children. I just signed up for the walk since I haven't been able to do much running. They have a 10k Run, 5k run and a 5k walk. The run and walk are the same route except the runners start before the walkers. If anyone is interested you can sign up Saturday morning at 9:00. Registration is 7:30 - 8:45 at Bernheim Forest. Last year Alpha came in third in his age group.

Oh, they are opening a Home in New Albany on Oak Street.

Are you getting out of facebook? Just realized I didn't have Rachel added as a friend.

Been having fun keeping the grandkids this week. Forgot what it was like to keep up with school and all their soccer practices. We skipped Cheernastics and Keeper (goalie) Practice. So that freed up our Tuesday and Wednesday. I had a Nerve block on the L3/L4  yesterday so wasn't sure if I was going to be up to it. But turned out to be easy...although I told the nurses I wanted to train for a 401k. I don't even want to think how many miles that is. I gave them a good laugh because I couldn't get it straight for anything. Will's practice may be cancelled tonight because of standing water on the field. Haley has practice again tomorrow (she also had it on Monday, and the two cancelled). Will's game is at 7:45 am on Saturday (no sleeping in) then Haley's is at 11:00. But she has to be there at 10:30 and her game is an away game to someplace we've never been. According to mapquest it is 25 minutes away. I think it may be in the 1996 Fields Soccer Complex which was used for Atlanta's Olympic games. So I may get lost in the complex. But we should have an hour and a half to pack up from Will's game, get them something to eat (so it can settle before she plays) then get to her game with plenty of time to figure it out.

Oh yeah, Heather and Rob are in Cancun all week. Hurricane Paula just gave them some rain but don't think they lost much fun times.

Hope everyone is doing fine....lets get some updates on here. Would love to hear from more of you. Something different than what you put on facebook. Those or usually just a one or two line comment...want details of what is going on with everyone.

We just wanted to share some more pictures of the boys with everyone since they are growing and changing so quickly! As of now, Sam weighs 9 lbs 12 oz. and is 20 and 1/2 in long while Emmett is 10 lbs 8 oz and 21 and 1/2 in long.
