Thank you Aunt B and Granny & Grampaul for coming down here for my birthday party :) And thank everyone for the birthday wishes. Thirty's not so bad :) And THANK YOU MOMMY for having my dinner for me :)
Anyway, I'm looking forward to running the Vulcan Run with mom and Mel!! Yea! Of course, now that mom signed me up, I'm committed and not talk. I will be running on the cruise - atleast a couple days. I've been back running since Will's been in school and my knee's not hurting me anymore.
We leave NEXT THURSDAY for the disney cruise!! The kids do not know (and Haley will not be reading the blog) but we're driving down a day early to go to The Magic Kingdom on Friday. Then, then ship leaves Saturday. It's only an hour from Orlando to Port Canaveral. It's a 7 day cruise - we'll stop at Key West, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and then Disney's private island. it's the same places we went on our honeymoon 10 years ago (except for the disney island ;)
Update on her hand, mom was mostly right. She broke it on Monday doing gymnastics in the yard. She is getting close on her back handspring, but landed wrong. Third break in 3 years - but she's just an active dare devil. The orthopedic, who we've gotten to know over the 3 years, first said he wanted her to get a cast. It would be waterproof, but she still got upset. So, Rob talked him into just a splint and a warning for her. It wasn't hard to talk him into a splint, it wasn't a bad break. And she'll only have to wear it for 3 weeks.
