Lanesville Heritage 8 Mile Run/5 Mile Walk
Start: 8:00 am
End: 10:00 am
Note that it is on Mom's birthday. I'm sure our Lanesville cousins, okay maybe just Nick and Melanie, will participate. The timing seems to be perfect. They haven't posted the registration form yet.
I had a great time this weekend at the pre-family get-together lunch and Conner graduation celebration, the get-together to celebrate Reese being a Special Day, and the post-family get-together because it had just been so long since we had gotten together.
Me, Debbie, Eryn and John tried out the Wii Fit Debbie got me for my birthday. Guess she was trying to tell me something. I have gone from a Wii fit age of 62 to 35. I'm still doing Body Pump at the Y when I can get there. I left work today in time to go, but Ihad 30 minutes before I needed to leave, so I laid down, and apparently fell asleep as I didn't wake up until 6:35.

Well, I just went from 33 to 50. One of the tests it gave me was to stand on one leg and keep the balance between two lines...I'm just happy to not fall over let alone be steady. I'll have to take it again tomorrow and maybe I'll get an easier test.
I enjoyed this week=end also. Good that everyone gets together like this. Hope you can get together for the race in Lanesville.We are also having our high school reunion on the 13th, which starts in the afternoon,so doubt that I could cheer you on, but will be thinking about all of you if you do. Keep up the work on the Wii Fit.
Sorry to miss the before and after get-togethers. Between getting ready and having company there was just no way. We do appreciate all of you coming to the Special Day party. Reese continued to think it was her birthday once again but I'm sure she will realize the difference soon. I also felt like I didn't spend much time with everyone due to running around and spending time with Clara, Nancy and their family. I know or at least hope everyone understood that situation. Each time they see Reese with us they feel she is in where she needs to be and with this visit they knew she was with all the family and friends around.
Hope everyone had enough to eat and drink. We are still eating the leftovers.
