Over five years of not taking care of the AC I finally got them serviced last month. So of course today one of the units goes out. I guess it was a good thing it was my upstairs one, so it is still cool downstairs. I'm turning off the computer, turning all ceiling fans on high and have a floor fan going. I don't think it's been out long but I have a high tolerance for heat. But it is even too hot for me and I know it's not good for the computers. Guess I'll be making a call and get in line for service. I just hope it doesn't put too much of a strain on the downstairs unit.
I guess I haven't been doing much either...mostly working. I did take off Thursday night to go to Diva night at Fleet Feet. I won a free pair of tennis shoes (worth about $100) and a gift certificate to Newks Cafe Express. I've never been there, but it reminds me of Quizno's, with more to offer.
Me and Melissa took Will to the McWain Center Saturday. We tried building a race car but it stopped half way around the track and we couldn't get it going again. Made the mistake of seeing Dinosaurs Live. Too much of a documentary and it mostly showed skeletons with very few animations. But Will said he had a good time. I think he just likes the attention and all the spoiling.
time to go downstairs now and cool off.

We had the same problem the weekend of the party. Luckily the repair man came on Saturday morning. We had to add freon but he said he wouldn't guarentee anything. I'm sure builders put the least expensive unit available when building the house. Good luck in the repair cost. It would be nice if you only had minor work and not have to replace the unit. It was the capacitor?? He showed it to me, looked like a coke can that froze and the ends popped out. Only 293 with 189 of that being the part. Of course they charge 59 just to come out. Knowing our luck the other unit will blow next week.
