Glad to see you running in the Frostbite 5k! I am ready to start up again...but slowly. I can't say that I am pain free yet, but I did walk/run (just 3 mins jogging) a couple times this week without being in severe pain the rest of the night. I have a 1/2 inch lift I am supposed to wear in my left shoe now. I don't want to, but I believe it is making a difference, so I will try to most of the time. Problem being, I am usually barefoot when I'm home.
We need to try to plan a race together. Would be cool if there was one in Cincy on the morning of the 22nd.
