My new house

OK, so it's obviously not "new", but since it's new to me I'm still calling it that. It's in an area of St. Louis called University City which will be a nice central location between work, downtown, grad school which I hope to start in the fall, and other local hot spots. The previous owners apparently weren't very responsible with their money or the house, so it's gonna need a few repairs and a lot of cosmetic attention, but it also means I got a pretty good deal on it. I should close on it in a few weeks - I'll make sure everyone gets the address, and I'll be doing my best to get it all cleaned up if anyone wants to come make a visit.

PS - Granny, I'm ok.

Jim, Congrats on your first house. It looks nice. St. Louis has a great zoo so maybe we can make it up some weekend for a visit. Maybe you could take a few hours out of your schedule to see some animals with us. Again, congrats, very happy for you.
