Training doesn't usually start until 12 weeks out which is next week, but since we have the holidays, I have the schedule to start this week. See below. You get a ribbon with the Mercedes emblem. Plus a bar-b-que dinner, if you stay for it, we didn't when Heather raced.
Don't know what to do to make the table closer to the data..if someone knows HTML let me know.

I went out to the Mercedes site and it's training schedule is very different. It's for 22 weeks and you have to run 6 days a week. But it has a 4 week tapering period. I need to stick with Barb's schedule if I want to be able to do it. Just read no headphones of anykind, in the Derby they had people playing music along the way though that helped. Remember, lodging is free :)
Okay - is my left and right different from Barbie's?? And I don't care how hard I try or how much I train I don't think I'll ever be able to look Asian! I know - I finally get back on the blog and I'm a smart aleck!
