Mom and Dad are at Black River right now. Been there all week. Getting back tomorrow. Hear it's probably a little more low-key than most years, but hoping they're still able to enjoy it.

So I've had the house to myself all week. I gotta start working on cleaning up after that wild party I had... Hope mom doesn't notice the nativity we broke.

Just kidding about the party. Did see a cockroach in the basement the other day. Totally freaked out, and lost sight of it before I got up the nerve to kill it. So slept upstairs for about two days. But I'm back down in Jim's room among the bugs now. (Been sleeping down there this summer because the bed is bigger and comfier.)

As far as Paul's Best's Disease goes... I know nothing about it. Haven't had that class yet. I hear he has an appointment at Dr. Black's with Dr. Schaal coming up. Is it this week? If so, I'm off that afternoon, so I won't be there. But you can talk about me with the other techs if you want. As long as it's nice. :) Also, just want to warn you to bring a book or something, because you'll be there a while.

Mike - it rained on us today, but looking forward to working on the concrete. It's a nice workout, more fun than the gym. Still waiting on Jeff to post the pictures. Need to see the latest now that you have 3 days of concrete pouring.

Stallworths have been to the beach and Rob had hurt his ankle.

Metzgers - I imagine games, games, games and getting ready for the July 4th party. Are we having a graduation party for Cam when you come down for the shower? We can pour concrete in the morning and then party and cool off at the Murphy's. Or just jump into Mike's pool.

Nolan's - don't you all have atrip - or are you there now???

Jeff and Cheryl - how's the job? How is Reese doing with it?

Oh, Norge just joined us at work again for the summer and he wanted to know if you got an opening for a guy on a team or if you all could be on a team or something. I was busy when he stopped by and he has the accent and I wasn't expecting him to ask me about volleyball.

Just thought I'd keep you up to date. Heather just posted this on facebook.

No Surgery!! Just damage to his main artery in his ankle (probably the shadow on the x-ray) and still concern over infection, but no more boot and no surgery!! PRAISE!!!

So everything is going good down. Here. Hope everything is great up north. Heather and family are heading to the beach. Melissa is fighting stomach issues and they have the house inspection on Saturday. Hope all goes well with it. Tom is in the 8-ball City Tournament this weekend. Last week was 9-ball and they made it to the semi-finals. Hopefully they will go all the way this weekend. It's for a free trip to the Nationals in Vegas. His parents are coming into town tomorrow. They drove to Billings Montana to see Christina (Tom's niece) then Vancouver British Columbia to visit his moms family, back through Lyman Wyoming to see Tom's sister Patty and finally a stop by our house on the way home.

Someone get after Jeff to post the pictures of Mike's pool. Would love to get up there to help.

more inspection info mom

the realitor called us today and said the electricity is turned on but the gas couldn't be turned on till early next week so our inspection got pushed back to next Saturday. Mom you weren;t lying when you said it would be a long process, seeming like we make some kind of an appointment and then it has to be pushed back a few days, this is going to be the longest month, just ready to sign the papers so we can start working on the house.

House Up Date For Mom

I just got home and Jeff said we are scheduled for Friday at 8:30 for the inspector to come out to the house. It is an older house so please cross your fingers and say some prayers that the inspection goes okay. There has been some work done on the house so hopefully all will go well. Also we are schedules to close on the house on June 30.

Do we have a new address for Drew and Jessica? I still have Viola Dr.

Waiting until Jeff and Melissa close on the house before we update their info. I'm getting a new work phone number (a direct line finally) but will wait until we move into the new building before I send it. Need to add Alana also if we haven't chased her off yet.

Maybe after Jeff and Melissa close they'll think about some wedding plans...I know they don't want the full blown wedding, but I know we can still celebrate.
